      Went in to ask about recovering 1,000 dollars in taxes that I had overpaid some years previously. After talking with me for half an hour, they happily agreed to look into it. A week later I was told that no, I couldn't recoup that 1,000, and that I now owed them 500 dollars. An honest company would have told me the cost to investigate wasn't worth it; instead, they just set the hook and reeled in dollars. Go somewhere else for any and all tax questions.

      Just want to give a big shout out to Williams & Schiller, Thank you! It's the end of another tax season, and we never did recover our $1277 from the IRS. The fact of the matter is, We would have never had to pay or deal with the IRS if there wasn't an issue with our 2020 tax preparation in which Williams and Schiller took no responsibility.
