I lost my wallet and went into the Ocean View branch near tears! There was only one person behind the counter and her smile was was very reassuring. She canceled my debit card and gave me a new one. Then she did something that not too many people would do...she found another employee and came out to my vehicle and looked for my wallet! She found it in 30 seconds!!! We hugged and I will never forget her! Her name is Trish and she said this wasn't her normal branch. I don't know where her branch is but they are better for having her! Thanks again Trish and I'll never forget your kindness and helpfulness!!! Mary Kilby
