      NOW that's what I call Customer Service... I didn't catch her name but WOW she deserves some recognition... We have a closing @ 2pm today and my borrower didn’t check the Holiday hours. I get a call, BAD NEWS!!! The bank is closed and I can't get the bank check for the closing. I called the bank he was standing outside of and told the woman our situation. She asked if he is the one outside, then asked if I could call him and have him come to the door to show his ID. She stayed late on a Holiday just to help get him the check needed... You made a lot of people's holiday by going that extra mile... Simply Said... Thank You... Sincerely, ALL the people who worked so hard to get his loan funded.
