      What great service! Michelle Elwood, who is the Assistant Manager was so helpful! She took the time to sit down with me and resolve my inquiry right there in the branch! Would highly recommend WSFS!

      Sad how color is still a factor. This past Saturday i pulled up to the Drive-thru first and got serviced second. Everything about the transaction was different. My service was different and it made feel extremely uncomfortable. No I didn't want you to have a full conversation with me but the greetings should have been on the same level and the service in itself should have been as well. Its clear that this bank is not used to color in its presence and will make it known by offering poor service. Never did she ask how I wanted my money if I was cashing my check or if I wanted to deposit the check into my account. Just had a full conversation with the (white) lady that pulled up after me and made sure she was done before me. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
