  Met with Karen Pilla this afternoon, unannounced, and she immediately recognized the urgency in my voice. Without hesitation, Karen met me at the door and allowed me entrance. She promptly led me directly to her desk where she exhibited her competent professionalism and assisted me and my needs with utmost proficiency. On top of that, Karen is surely an enjoyable and likable Universal Banker (III) ... and I found this about her from the get-go. I am so happy to have her at the Ardmore Branch, as that is my new branch since a recent move. Karen, in a word: Supreme, and I will continue to show my appreciation to her. Thank you, BMT. You most certainly have a winning player on your team.

  Branch manager is extremely rude and agressive. I recommend replacing with someone that is more in tune with customer service. Definitely would not consider coming here. Not the service I would expect along the main line. Would give 0 stars if allowed.
