      Scott Wynn actually created the Youtube videos that attracted me to contact Wynn & Eagan in the first place. It was 2 videos - 1 explaining the difference between CHFA & FHA, the other walks you through the different types of FHA programs - both were extremely helpful. Joe Eagan was the one I actually ended up working with through the process and he was extremely helpful through this entire thing. From the beginning, he stood out among other lenders. He was not only responsive and professional, but kind and I never dreaded having to speak with him. Up front, he always helped me to fully understand everything about the process and all of my options. I even ended up working with a couple of other folks on the Wynn & Eagan team throughout the process and everyone was professional and courteous! I loved working with the Wynn & Eagan team and have no doubt I will choose them for future home purchases as well. Thanks for being a piece of making my dream of becoming a homeowner come true!!
