      I am a small business owner and was floundering around trying to find someone who would give me an application for the Paycheck Protection Program. It was far harder than the news was making it out to be. I bank with Chase (that is changing ASAP) and they weren't even giving applications. I called 30 other big and local banks. No one was taking applications from non-customers, and I felt I was out of options. I finally found Claire with Wyoming Bank & Trust, and in a few hours, she was able to help me. Finally!
