  DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT HERE! They will not allow you to access your money. They limit you at $1000 a day, block your account for shopping anywhere that’s 15min away and the workers are EXTREMELY RUDE & incompetent. If you want to be able to use your hard earned money DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FINANCES

  This pertains to the corporation, not really the location. Wyrope as a whole needs to fix their fraud department. It sucks. My Mom was given the run around when her account got hacked and bank information stolen and lots of money as well. Corporate said it was not fraud when her identity was stolen! That should still be considered fraud. Its bs corporate felt it was not because it was authorized. Identity theft. She got her money back but no thanks to the bank and corporate. I am outraged she had to go thru a lot to get her money back. Corporate get your act together and start helping people the right way.

  We appreciate your feedback. Fraud and disputes that are not fraud are governed by Regulation E and very specific rules and requirements. Not only within Credit Union policy requirements but also card processors, Visa, and the merchants themselves. Any time there is a question regarding transactions it must follow the same procedures for compliance and contractual purposes. These rules are in place to protect not just the member but also all parties involved for timely and accurate resolutions of issues. Whenever something is not considered fraud it is for a variety of reasons located within the transaction data or responses from the member themselves as to the state of the card. Any issues with disputes or resolutions if not provided directly to the member are providing in writing with an explanation of decision or further steps to be taken. These further steps can include attempting to contact the merchant to resolve the issue, signing an affidavit attesting to statements made/resolution attempts/or fraud claims, etc. Any further questions please feel free to reach out to the branch directly.
