  I closed on my house at the end of January using Xcellence Mortgage. The ladies worked very well for me even late into the evenings and on the weekends. I am a person that asks lots of questions and information, figures have to make sense to me in order for me to relax and be on board and I will admit that there were times during the process where it didn't make sense and the Xcellence team took the time to answer my questions and go over the details with the best of their abilities to explain things to me. It's a big decision and process to purchasing a home and I can honestly look back and say that I am very pleased that I used them for my mortgage and recommend them to any considering a purchase or even refinance. Thank you Xcellence Mortage for making it happen!! Oh and by the way I was using another company prior to reaching out to Xcellence Mortgage and that person couldn't do or even had suggested the method in which Xcellence worked my situation in order for it to work. They do know what they are doing, although I think I kept them on their toes with all of my questions lol. Thanks again and God Bless!!

Thanks to your great efficiency and effective work, everything ended sooner than expected. Mercedes working 24/7 trying to have all the papers on time, checking every detail so nothing were missing, each step was always firm and gigantic. Thank you all in general.
