      Consumers and Contractors Beware! I was contacted by Xpress Financial to help out a disabled veteran to install a new HVAC system for him. Since we are a Navy family and my father is a disabled vet I decided to help them out. Unfortunately Xpress has not paid me. The consumer has signed off on the job and is extremely satisfied with the job. All calls to Xpress , go to the answering service without a return phone call. Emails are not answered. I have been promised the funds to be transferred into my account for months. I have to take legal action against the disabled veteran and Xpress Finacial to receive payment for services rendered. My attorney had to call and file a complaint with Florida & Pennsylvania Dept of Banking and Securities. He also had to contact the Attorney General’s office. I dealt with Corey ( Chris Mason ) . I unsuccesfully reached out to the President James Townsend , Linda Brown and Rolf Winterfield. Consumers and Contractors Beware!
