      When in to get a new debit card had to wait 30 mins because they put other people in front of that came in after me to get new cards.

      I had 3 different loans open with Y12. I went in every month and had the tellers add the monthly loans so I could pay all 3 loans with one check. After doing this for several months, I get a call from Y12 informing me that I was delinquent on 2 of my accounts. After figuring out what had happened, they simply said Oops. The reported all the late payments to the credit bureau and have distributed my credit. I have asked several times for them to correct the credit reporting and they refuse to do so. My credit went from a 817 to a 589.
