  Forth time is the charm! No- every time is a charm with Yauvan! I have used Yauvan as my designated loan adviser and investment specialist in the past 5 years. This is my forth transaction with him and each one of them have been amazing business and even better service. In the past we have purchased our primary home in Saugus and after that we refinanced it twice to get the newest and best rate. Now, we were fortunate enough to be able to save and invest in a rental property. Having done that himself Yauvan not only provided loan advice and help, but he shared his personal experience and opinion regarding real estate investments. You do not get from the regular mortgage sales guy at your local bank, never mind from an overnight sensational internet mortgage dealer. When purchasing a home you need an experience person to talk to and walk you thru every detail. I have done it 4 times and I always have questions regarding the closing costs and other aspects of the transaction. He has the patience and the knowledge to help and educate each of his customers. He has a great and competitive rate. Don't fall for some low ball online offer, the final APR will be higher, it always is. The one special thing about this transaction is that the selling broker put a very aggressive closing day of 30 days after accepted offer. Yauvan said it will be fine. We scheduled an inspection in 5-6 days. Between some scheduling conflicts of the appraiser and the tenants we had to postpone that far out. The appraiser promised 7 days turn around. Unfortunately, after the 7th and 8th day went back we checked with him and we did not give any answer. In few days time we got a note that the appraiser got some serious sickness and cannot deliver the appraisal report. This was very unfortunate and I hope he got better, but we were notified 3 days after the due date. This put us in jeopardy to miss the closing day and potentially additional rental income. Yauvan said that he had few ideas. He was able to find another company in the area which went and deliver an expedited report in half the time. I am not sure how much extra he had to pay for this express service, but he did not pass any cost to us. We closed according to the plan and were able to place tenants at the house before the beginning of the school year. Great service, great personality. I have to mention his team here as well. They work very hard on getting the documents ready and help me with each step. Alyssa, Vynh and Tom were most helpful.
