Took on a workload she wasn't able to handle. Assigned an assistant who was wasn't able to dedicate the time needed to my companies needs. Wasn't computer literate enough to pull the needed reports out of my companies back end and kept asking for the same information. Didn't even know how to operate a shared google spreadsheet. I'd recommend getting someone who understands technology better and respects their clients needs more.
