      Hidden fees, no communication, slow transactions, customer service is a joke. Traded in a Jeep that we had a loan on through them and when we called to cancel the auto payment they responded with "Anyone can call and say that." Then when they recieved the check for the payoff, we didnt get our check for the $370 difference until a month later because of a miscommunication. Glad I switched to Cornerstone. I will never step foot in York State again and I advise everyone else to do so.
