  Me and my family had a wonderful experience with Yosef. His customer service was very personable and he went beyond 100% to make us feel heard. He took time to personally meet with the seller and seller’s real estate agent to promote our bid for the house at hand. I believe that it was due to his hard work and dedication that our offer was accepted. I would recommend him to friends, family, and anyone looking to buy/sell a house. I’m so grateful to him for making our home buying dream become reality.

  Yosef is the agent you want! He builds his business by being a great agent, person, and has a strong sense of integrity. He has "a guy" for anything you need. Even if you need a roofer with 3 days notice the day before thanksgiving....he knows someone! Most importantly, his goal is to get you into the perfect house. After we saw one home and started bidding, a less than ideal situation occurred and he recommended we back out so we would not be put in a bad situation. He knows his stuff. The price he suggested for the house we bought, the appraisal came in at that exact price. The synergy that Yosef creates makes the home buying process as pain free as possible. My only regret is I'll not likely use his services again since I just bought myself my forever home! But if I do need an agent again, Yosef will be my first and only choice. I will recommend him to my family and friends because I know they are in honest good hands.

  I recommend Yosef Adde – a professional, thoughtful, diligent, and honest man - with the highest regard to anyone undertaking a home search in Torrance and is looking for a trustable real estate broker. In order to adequately review my relationship and experience working with Yosef, I first need to explain the context of our search. After some failed attempts to buy several homes with another broker and lender for ~2 months, we joined Yosef after meeting with him and learning about his approach/style. Immediately, I recognized his talent at what he does, and his ability to listen to the needs of his clients. Specifically, he was very thoughtful and honest from day one. He spent tons of time to explain all procedures and strategies to us without confusion since it was a concern to us as first-time buyers. He never pressured us into making rushed decisions and always included a background of inputs within his means to help us weigh the pros/cons at every step of the way. Plus, not being Torrance natives, we were reassured by his many years in the real estate business. He gave us his genuine opinions about aspects of neighborhoods and homes. In a major sense, his leadership abilities helped us to work as a team which eventually turned into us finding a home in an incredible neighborhood that we are thoroughly excited about. And we did it within ~1 month of searching! We were able to do this with his coaching, and for that we are truly grateful. Lastly, we plan to stay in touch with Yosef regarding future questions of our home purchase. He genuinely wants to continue his help even after the home was purchased and his commission was made. This is a very important point in Yosef’s personality – authenticity - that I would assume does not occur with every broker. Because of my family’s experience working with Yosef as explained above, I strongly urge you to seek his services for a successful journey into buying your first or next home.
