      Younce and Company has been so good for the Cabarrus Arts Council. For a small organization our finances are complex and constant with all the various programs we normally conduct. Beth set us up immediately with online applications, Bill.com, Liscio, and QuickBooks online. I can approve bills, check our balance, and answer any financial questions from my phone or computer, at any time of day or night. Their entire team is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We work almost every day with Kathryn Monroe, at least monthly with Amy Taylor and frequently with Beth Younce. No question or project is too big or too small for them to handle. During Covid Younce has been a godsend. Whether applying for PPP loans, determining where and how we could slash expenses, creating a monthly report to watch our total cash value fluctuate with the lack of programs and donations... they were there to help. So many Saturdays and Sundays I would send a message through Liscio asking for information or a new report and they were on it. Beth made it her business to keep up with all the news of grants and loans available to arts non-profits so that we did not miss any opportunities that came online. Beth also makes annual budget time quick and easy, which is nothing short of a miracle. Lastly, our annual audit is now streamlined. Younce has everything prepared ahead of time and the auditors can pull up anything they want to see with access to Bill.com and QBO. I cannot thank Beth and Kep, Kathryn and Amy enough.

      The people are nice well 3 out of 6 we’re very nice to me. Not too much diversity in the office. Good pay but no benefits. Good entry level job.

      I have worked with Kep, Beth & their team for the last 15 years and I can say without question they are the best in the business.
