  We started our intial search for a new home 3 years ago or more. Ernie was very responsive, but we were not ready just yet. He continued to follow up with me over the last three years. He sent me various information to keep me informed about the market. I called him earlier this year and told him we were ready to sell. Ernie and Debi were beyond amazing. They hired a professional photographer. He took amazing photos and aerial photos of my home as well as the clubhouse and pool area. They had our home under contract very quickly. We received multiple offers. Ernie went over each offer and showed me the good parts and bad parts of the various offers. The buyers all offered over asking price. We are closing in two days. We wanted to buy a home in Sun City Center. Ernie took me out there many many times. We wrote several offers and we were aggressive with our offers. We eventually found our new home. Ernie negotiated the offer on my new home. He is a skilled negotiator. They referred me to their network of vendors. They are awesome as well! Ernie and Debi are the finest Real Estate agents I have EVER worked with. They are extemely knowledgeable and professional. Do NOT call just any agent, you need to call Ernie and Debi today to buy or sell your home. You WILL be very happy as I am.

  My experience with Debi and Ernest was amazing. They are very quick to respond, very communicative, and are incredibly smart. The market is crazy with prices, but even they know what is way too much and what makes sense. They are on top of their numbers and you can definitely feel the experience and knowledge when communicating with them.
