      Our mortgage broker Carlos Sarria was very responsive and professional from the first day my wife and I started working with him on the loan application until closing day. He was always readily available to answer any questions and guided us properly through the the entire loan process. Every time we needed information on the properties we were interested in buying, he provided us with important resources such as: market analysis, property reserves and initial estimates in a mindful and caring way.       Carlos is the perfect person to go for home loans. We have always struggled just to refinance our properties and that's with out pulling money out. He was able to get me a low interest loan and at a breaking record time of 23 days. We couldn't believe it and with out so much hassles of paper work. His office staff is also very polite and helpful though the process. I definitely use him on my next transaction.

      Carlos is very professional. He did a home loan in a record breaking time of 23 days. We've never had such good experience in getting a loan so quickly and at the same time at a low rate.
