  Had my taxes done. Expected 500 back. IRS sends a letter saying I owe 700 or they will put a lean on my property. Contact YMM..no response. Contact again they say it's my problem something to do with covid payouts which I told them about. Won't fix it despite their guarantee. Now won't return my calls...again. I'll use a reputable service this time along with both of my son's and anyone else who I can steer away from them.

  DONT GO HERE! I went here in early May to have my taxes filed for the first time. They told me it would be no issue, they would handle it and have it done before the end of May. The end of May came and they assured me they filed an extension and would have it done within 2weeks. I called back 3 weeks later and they told me they would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again at the end of June and someone told me that my file was thrown on their desk and they hadn’t gotten around to it. They told me they would call me in soon to sign the final form. I waited until mid July and tried calling again. They told me they’d call back, they didn’t. The end of July comes around and they won’t call back. I had to go to H&R Block and they helped me in 1 day. They informed me that I may have to pay up to $2k in penalties for filing late. I will never go to this business again and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

  As we serve our community, there are those that come to us after receiving forms they know nothing about. This is important to note in your situation, as this was true for you. We explained to you what needed to happen and sent you several emails and called several times, however, these went without any response back from you. For us to obtain the information that was required from you to complete your return, you had to give us the information and answer the questions, as we do not file false information nor without signatures on documents. Had you have responded to emails, telephone calls or come by our office; your return would have been completed in June. You have given us a review that is very derogatory when you did not take responsibility by answering and following through. As we do not know what was on your return, nor the discussion between you & the preparer that prepared your return, we cannot tell you about penalties nor if you provided all the information needed to complete a proper return for you. We do know you came to us on or near last filing date for individuals and told you we would file an extension and we did. However, due to being in this county, you were given reprieve until August 2 by the Federal Government. Again, since there was not any response from you to our questions, and you have now chosen to go elsewhere, we wish you the best. If further discussion is needed, please come by our office or call one of the owners. We strive to assist those in our community and that reach out to us.
