      If my wife and I could give more than 5 stars we would! Being first-time homebuyers and knowing practically nothing about the process, had us nervous on what to expect. From the start, Yvette explained the process from beginning to end, with many examples and possible scenarios. In detail, she discussed the importance of a pre-approval, how it is effectively done, and assured us that throughout the whole process we would be well informed.
