Zach and his team were incredible. I was very skeptical at first of doing a refi with a company I was not familiar with. Zach put me at ease right away. He answered the phone every time I called and even took calls late at night. His assistant (Makiah) was also exceptional. Zach also took time to walk me through all the details and did an awesome job of explaining everything. I was extremely impressed. The responsiveness was what I was most pleased with. If you are considering a refi or mortgage transaction give Zach a call first. He certainly saved me a considerable amount and it was relatively seamless.
