      They are a good bank. The closest branch does have a drive thru which drives me nuts but there it is. They have a good security/fraud dept.

      Absolutely awful service I've been on hold for an hour and I'm at work so I can't get to the branch to talk to anyone about my account they really need to work on this 800 number I really considering going to another credit union

      Still on hold with the 800 number, it's been 45 minutes.... But my call is "important". Maybe think about adding a callback feature so I can go on about my day without being tethered to my phone waiting for someone to answer for over half an hour. If you have a 30 minute lunch break and need to get a hold of Zeal customer service, just forget about it. Was on hold for a full hour before I just hung up. Absolutely terrible. If I can't contact a branch directly for a simple, but important issue, there should be a callback feature, seeing as this seems to be a problem for a lot of members. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will be closing my account as soon as my issue is resolved, that is if I ever get a hold of someone.
