      WORST EXPERIENCE! I used Zinc to purchase my first home. They have not been forthright with what they initially promised (first offered 10% down @7.99 then it became 15% @11.99) the staff NEVER ANSWERS when you call. They delayed my escrow several times which needed up costing me a lot of extra money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      I highly don’t recommend using this Company. They took over 30 days to close my hard money loan and almost made me lose the property. On top of that, the service department was and still is extremely rude.
