      Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Trying get a loan and no one will respond back I’ve emailed both the manager Amanda and assistant Lauren neither will call back and or move my application forward don’t waste your time here

      I’m feeling really frustrated. Called to apply for a small loan to finish our basement, was pressured into a different kind of loan. I didn’t feel like I had all the facts along the way and that questions and concerns I had were put off to the very last minute when it was honestly too late. And when I went in to sign for the loan, the manager looked through the paperwork like she had no clue what any of it meant. I felt really insecure and kind of in the dark the whole time. And now I have the wrong kind of loan.
