      Forget calling as they never pick up the phone, Customer service sucks, several employees are grouchy AF & snoppy AF! First Bank in Morgan runs circles around them.

      I went in to get some information concerning a mortgage loan I previously had with them. I asked for help in obtaining specific papers and I was literally laughed at! I was totally taken off guard. I have NEVER experienced such a lack of professionalism or been treated so rude by a business! I was simply asking for help and the teller acted so putout and annoyed. If I could give them 0 stars I would! The ONLY time I expect to return is to close my accounts!
