      I opened my account in Rigby over 10 years ago never had any problems. Moved to Idaho Falls and got married. Went to the Ammon Branch to change my last name. After 3 in branch visits, and 4 phone calls and over 2 months my name was still not changed. Everytime I asked was told it just takes time and that they got an email saying they needed another document but didn't know what it was. Was a pain everytime I tried to deposit my check I would sign my account number old and new name and still got the run around to makr a deposit. Drove to Rigby branch and in less the 24 hours BOOM my name was changed!! Thank you!
