      Everyone that works at this bank is so wonderful! They helped me out in a situation where they didn't need to and did so with a smile. I will forever recommend this branch

      Worst location! Customer service is the worst here! Employees are rude and don’t give you information on things! ATM is always broken. I went in to use the atm which ended up taking my card and my money! Came back the next day to get the issue resolved. They didn’t have access to their own atm and told me to come back several days later when I finally got my card back they told me that the money that was stuck in the atm will be disposited into my bank account by the end of the day which didn’t happen. Communication at this location is the worst and the tellers don’t even know what they’re doing. Very frustrating! You’re better off calling the customer service support line. Do better!

      Terrible customer service. Tried calling to find out where I can view photos of the checks I deposited. On hold indefinitely. They are incredibly difficult to communicate with. Very very frustrating.
