      I have been using them for a few years. They are always professional and personal. They address each person by their name, not a number. And whenever I have a problem with my business account, they help me right away and take care of it, or show me how to get it taken care of ASAP. And problems are very few and far between. I have also seen them assist people that come in with physical issues to make sure they are comfortable. Everyone at this branch is professional and personal.

      The people are nice, the bank just isn't convenient or easy to use. Especially frustrating that there's a limit on how much you can deposit through the ATM, and if your payroll check is too high they just put a 2 week hold on it.
