  I am very grateful to have been assisted by Samuel and Cynthia whom made sure I had all questions answered no matter how small the question was! They were professional and adamant of making sure I understood what I needed to do every step of the way. This was my third time getting preapproved for a loan within the last year and a half and I was thankful that my agent Bertha Morales lined me up with Zip Mortgage once I came to her to look for homes again because Samuel explained various things that I did not know in my previous attempts with other Loan officers. Thank you so much and hope to reach out in the future with another home purchase!

  We received very professional and helpful service on our first home purchase. Every question we had was answered quickly and efficiently. Zip Mortgage Inc. and all his team was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything. It definitely helped that they have a bilingual team to make sure my father was kept in the loop during the whole process. They went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredible easy and straightforward process! They were on the top of all emails, text messages, and phone calls. They were quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of business hours. We could not have asked for better service. We will absolutely use Zip Mortgage Inc.in the future.
