Thank you to @Nathaniel R for a relatively painless process going through refinancing my home loans. His honesty, character and professionalism made me decide to use Zoom Loans instead of my current (or I would say former) mortgage lender, who you would expect to give you the best offer to keep your business with them. Nathaniel is upfront and tells you if you are getting the best deal/rate and not trying to force you into something just to be done with it. Have you heard someone tells you “This is the best rate I can give you BUT if you find another offer with a better rate, we will match it”. Guess what? I did find a better offer at Zoom Loans, my previous lender never got back to me. Instead, they tried to rush and close my loan as fast as they can. Even if they did and offered me to match or gave me a better deal, I would have not taken it anyway. Why didn’t they give me the best rate at the very start, instead of giving me the “song and dance”?. It’s about principle and how sincere and honest you want to do business with your clients. With Nathaniel, his advise was, “if you can find a better deal/rate, take it!“ What does that tell you? Throughout the process, Nathaniel was always available for any questions. This was not my first refinance, so I have a good general idea of the process and what is going to transpire. Overall, I had a great experience with Zoom Loans and thankful that Nathaniel took care of my refinancing and would like to continue doing business with him in the future.
