  Madi was superb. Her and her team at guaranteed rate helped us from start to finish to get us prequalified, underwritten and closed in the exact timeframe she gave us. She was always available for any questions my wife and I had and took the time to make sure we understood the answers. We will be using Madi and the Zusack team whenever we decide to purchase again.   I am a first time homebuyer. I had gotten a lot of advice from friends and families of everything I should keep an eye out on the process of getting a loan all the way till closing as many things can go wrong. I am amazed to see how great Madi was on all aspects of loan until closing. She also called me on the closing day letting me know she's on standby inacse there was anything needed; but our paperwork which she helped with was perfect and the closing took less than 30 min. She had also suggested ways in which I can save money during the early stages of the process. I highly recommend her and will surely go to her for any more homebuying in the future.
