  Everyone needs some financial help sometimes. It was the case for me and Jennifer at the Torrance location helped me out. It was like a Sunday or Saturday when they don't usually open. They contacted the owner and asked him to drop by the office and meet me. That is how it started. The process was super professional and quick. George cut me a check right there. Ever since then, I have had times when I would fall behind on payment dates as well. But these guys are not after you. They sincerely want to make it work. They made different arrangement for payments to which I can easily work with. Thank you BCY

  Be careful with this place. They have approved loans when people are not present allowing customers to commit forgery with the help of the manager. They have refused to contact someone higher than her or the owner to help me with this loan she approved. This place is garbage and she is so rude.

  Bcy has been the best. I have obtained multiple loans at bcy and my experience has always been great. I truly appreciate the staff, they are very attentive and understanding. Jennifer is such a sweetheart goes out of her way to help me. She always comes down those stairs to take my payment. I appreciate and recommend them.
