Went here to buy silver. The staff was not knowledge about testing the silver that they had in the store except by showing me that it does not stick to magnet. What a joke.

Hello M Rcoin27! All of our silver coins (that we have for sale) come from our main office which distributes them our individual locations. All coins go through the following prior to being put out for sale: weight test, metal purity test, x-ray test. If you are the customer that came in with 8 coins this week to either sell or get a loan, we did not even touch your coins as you were asking for more than what we sell them for. Please keep in mind that we try our best to accommodate every single customer's needs... but we still need to operate with the business's interest in mind.

When navigating through the world of pawn shops, you have to watch where you go. Shady, greasy, unkept pawn shops and their operators are all around. Getting a fair price or loan for items is hard to acconplish... Not so at Tuckers. Tucker's shop has been an ELA institution for pawn, loans, and purchase. The shop is well kept and secure as always, ready for the Covid era in santitizing, and safety. Tucker's crew is excellent with Suzy managing giving out generous loans with pleasant customer service. I have been going there for decades when needed and it still is like a "Cheers bar where everyone knows your name." The Tucker legacy lives on! Skip the rest and go with the best. ~L. Durand
