  Great experience. Very easy to do business with. I opened an acct, got set up for online and mobile banking, signed all my docs, got my debit card and was out in 40 min. For any financial institution, that is fast.

  The online banking app is great, til you go inactive, then it takes an act of congress to get help. Was on hold long enough to drive to a branch, not joking, actually did it. Tried to make a deposit at an 🏧 so I wouldn't have to go to a branch, Feature Unavailable. Once at an actual branch, the people are wonderful. Couldn't ask for better. However, this is Jacksonville and their motto is: "Eh. Good enough." Jacksonville is CHOCK FULL of people that do the minimum requirement to get things done. It's evident in their transportation system, their response to 911 calls, and their passive/aggressive treatment of the homeless community. They're a town for meandering. They hobble about like teenagers on their way to a haircut or detention. I've quit a few jobs here because the owners, OWNERS, of certain establishments tolerate tardiness and absenteeism. If you're an adult with a any self-respect that has a decent work ethic, you'll have the slackers' work dumped on you and they'll wonder why you quit. In Jacksonville, nothing is your fault! It isn't YOUR fault you missed a shift, the bus was late, or your probation officer was running behind! It wasn't YOUR FAULT you were arrested, that cop was a RACIST. Your chemical dependency isn't YOUR FAULT, you have a disease passed down from your relatives in the Civil War or the band Lynard Skynard. (Yes. All white trash in Jacksonville think they're related to that band.) So, it's no surprise that calls to your banking establishment take hours to get answered.
