  I came in to turn in a quart jar of change which took 1 minute. I waited in line approx 1 minute. I then spent approx 15 minutes with a teller to collect my cash. He had no clue what he was doing and the head cashier had to assist him on multiple occasions. To say I was getting impatient stares from the other people in line would be an understatement. He counted out the money... 20, 40, 60, 80, 100... "Wait, that's not right" and began again. The second time he made it to 100 then got confused when the bills went from 20's to 10's. He ended up counting the bills three times. No exaggeration. I have no idea what he was doing working at a tellers window.

  If your company is already experiencing several problems with online banking and your lobby is filling up with customer, there should be a process of customer care first. I walked in advised I needed notary service, I was greeted and sent to wait in a long line only to find out you can not assist me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
