      Didn’t even have the chance to become a member before receiving the literal worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. Trying to get ahold of one of the branches on the phone? Don’t bother. You won’t. You’ll wait on the phone for an hour every time you call. Trying to set up an account online? Don’t bother. You’ll wait over a week with no response to any messages or follow up return calls. Very frustrating. Not what I’m looking for in a bank. I’ll be taking my business and my money elsewhere.

      What a trash experience. The automated robot was completely useless. There is no number to a specific branch. Bulls#!¥. I drive to the branch only to find out the questions I had are unable to be solved. Not to mention the bullet proof partition really lets you know their clientele. All in all I'd fell good depositing my garbage there and that's about it.
