      I went to get a hard/bridge loan with another company so I could finish renovations on an estate in New York that I bought. That company after they reviewed my portfolio said they could get the process completed in about 1-2 weeks. 4 months later, countless emails AND spending thousands $$ for reports, I still hadn't obtained the loan. I found BLG on Google and in 2 days, Patrick came to look at my property and the next day he said we can close in a couple of days! Ridiculously fast for approval and closing (actually too quick for me as I needed time to talk to my attorney). In any event, I just closed today - a week later after the first meeting and I'm SUPER impressed by the ease of the process and with the minimal paperwork. Makes me extremely angry on how much time and money I wasted with the other lender when I should have started with BLG. Time will tell how my exit strategy will pan out and how the process to finish the completion of the loan - but if it's like the closing, I will CERTAINLY come back to them again and recommend others.

      We had a great experience with Bridge Lending Group. We worked with Glenn Geraci who explained the entire process to us and closed the loan quickly. We now can move forward with the renovation of our beach cottage and get it ready to rent for the spring vacation season. We would highly recommend BLG and will use them again.
