I Was in the Martinsburg office this past week to set up an account and apply for a credit card to build my credit. I had soo many questions and the amazing service from the young lady named Catherine was wonderful. She was very patient with me and gave me all the answers I asked and if she didn’t know the answer she called to get the answer while I was there. I left there feeling secure and happy with all the help I received. I will highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t understand or is wanting a great bank to work with especially with ms. Catherine.

went to my bank to take out a personal loan the first time they say my credit score was low I forgot what the score they look up but I looked it up and my credit score was up in the six they said sin the low fives so I went online and checked it again it was still in the six the bank people are very good the very nice and polite but I don't know about the system that they're running to trick credit scores I have a good paying job but I just need some extra help if I could I would write a letter to person in charge of that bank to update their system

Tried on 3 different occasions to open an account with this bank. They were rude, condescending and clearly dont understand what customer service is. There's only one person that can open accounts and she is clearly a miserable person who paints a smile on while talking down to you. They wanted something new everytime I went in EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT before coming in. Do NOT waste your time!!!
