  STAY AWAY! This place seemed okay but lately they have gone down hill. Don't know if they are desperate to collect but Veronica and staff had always been nice and id always call and make arrangement. Called yesterday to arrange to pay half my balance this week and half next week talked to Randy. Not only was he rude and bullied me to pay the whole thing when I said we needed This arrangement he acted smug. I asked for someone else he said there Is no one. Then threatened to just leave me on hold and did. I drove to office and Veronica was there. Randy was there in a hoodie he put in on and tried to avoid getting Veronica. I stuck to my guns and he got her she spoke to me nicer but said that he's the manager and all she could do was take payment and add to notes something that he didn't offer while trying to bully me. Take your title loan somewhere else where they will be nice and respect you all title Loan companies are supposed to work with you if you communicate this place will treat you with no respect thanks to Randy being manager!

  DON'T do business with this company! If I could give them negative stars, I would! Randy, the 'so called' manager, has no idea how to treat customers, and should be fired ! I will continue to write my honest reviews of this company all over the internet, and I'm also reporting to the BBB and the local Attorney Generals office. Don't trust them, they'll say anything and THEN NOT FOLLOW THROUGH and you're kind of stuck at their 'mercy' I assure you that you will regret!!!!!! They are so rude and disrespectful, I cannot see how they continue to be in business! So much LYING to people ! I'm mostly talking about RANDY, the manager who should be fired! A person that it's so OBVIOUS that he ONLY cares about himself and not the customer. He doesn't care what you say to him (he thinks he's the only one that has the correct answer, which has always been incorrect). I paid of my loan early (after my loan was transferred from 'fastmoneyloan' that went out of business. I had such issues with getting my loan release letter and title it was a nightmare...I needed a copy of the letter, and I asked him to send me one (before mailing it) and he said he would (but of course another excuse he made by telling me he didn't have time to email me one). He called DMV (wrong department) and was told to send lien release to me (not correct by my states policy) and couldn't even email me the release before it was mailed (that's all my state needed) and it caused issues with my sale of my Land Rover with Carvana and just a lot of wasted time when he could have just resolved it in a few minutes; My lien release letter (which I paid them for) as NOT overnighted, and it took another 4 days to receive. I had called Randy to get a tracking number, and just kept getting the run around from everyone I talked to at this company. Save a lot of time and continued hassles down the road and go with a different company, such as Wilshire Credit or other local places, this place don't care about you at all, and each time I spoke to the manager it was just unacceptable (and he'd actually just hang up the phone on me) but I know that he's just unhappy with his life and as a person, but should get a life and not take it out on other innocent people !
