  I’ve had Zack as an agent for a few years and I have to say: the Schneiderman Agency is an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful agency. What differentiates the Schneiderman Agency is that they have expertise in writing more complex financial scenarios from larger estates to business insurance. From my initial quote where Zack explained the intricacies of the various coverages to prompt everyday service, whenever I have questions or need any modifications. You’re in good hands with the Schneiderman Agency.

  Updating my review for more context: Best customer service bar none. I previously had insurance with State Farm, previous to that I had Lemonade. I switched from Lemonade to State Farm after I found out that they could not offer earthquake insurance for my rental policy. I switched to State Farm figuring that I could get both here. I got a quote online and the agent was someone I knew personally from my youth. I paid for more than I needed figuring that more coverage was better than less and that was that. They never discussed with me what I was looking for, what I needed covered and what would be covered. It was all online and all I did was pay. Enter Farmer's Insurance and Sarah. Sarah went into detail as to what State Farm did and did not cover. I was overpaying for a policy that would cover the value of my items today, not what it would ACTUALLY cost to replace them. I spent quite a pretty penny moving into my new apartment and I can't exactly afford to replace everything again at at once. So even if I bought that couch brand new (a year ago), I would be SOOL and get pennies on the dollar as it is now considered used. So I wouldn't get the $600+ I spend on my couch but $50 for a used couch. She also let me know that they offer policies for people who don't own cars but rent them on a regular basis which I do. We went over what the policies I was being offered through the rental agency actually covered (surprise: not much). She went over and above to find me every discount (she went into detail with my credit card company which offered CDW and saved me money there). She saw the rental insurance I was using from the rental company really didn't cover me, only the vehicle. I was shocked that I was essentially driving naked and an accident is not a good time to find out. She combined the policies and therefore wasn't paying an outrageous amount for the policies combined. Sarah essentially showed me the value I was receiving if I went with them. I felt safer and better understood what I actually purchased instead of just guessing and hoping I was covered. I know for a fact what is and is not covered. Thank you for the free education Sarah as well as the great coverage. I will probably be looking at more policies given how risk averse I am. The office also speaks Spanish which is always a plus!
