      Very tough to get ahold of. If you google search their number you get a 1-800 number to go thru who won’t direct the call to the local branch anyways. Their local number is impossible to find on their web site as well as no luck google searching it either. Very frustrating when you can’t get ahold of someone at the local branch.

      My 12 year old son received a letter to get 1st student credit card. Disappointed that a company would be sending to a minor. There was a letter "to the parents" but what if he decided to proceed. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T SEND TO A MIDDLE SCHOOLER.
