      When we first got stationed in meridian I did a review on how enthusiastic and informative the staff was when I would call or if someone reached out to us. Brooks has that welcoming voice, and Teresa has that gentle caring personality Yesterday was my first time meeting them in person after 2 years and I can say their telephone etiquette matches their personality. They not only greeted their customers by name but with a constant smile. I was offered a beverage while I waited great approach for these hot Mississippi days Whenever you call about account details they take time to give you details that anyone can understand. It's hard to find genuine caring people especially when it comes to finances but those ladies are a blessing. Ms. Teresa is the manager, very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. A good honest leader allows any business to prosper. They are honest people just pay your bill lol. Great asset to Meridian community. Gold star 🌟
