  I opened this loan to build my credit. Opening the loan on a promotion was super easy. They mailed me a check (that I didn't ask for) and all I had to do was deposit it. If you want to make payments toward the principal you have to specifically tell them every time you make a payment, if you are paying more than the min payment amount, to put the extra toward the principal. Otherwise they just apply it to the next minimum payment that is due. They don't tell you that up front and even after discussing it with them they didn't say you had to tell them every time you make a payment. It is difficult to make online payments so you pretty much have to do it in person or call them. The interest rate is extremely high too. They also called way too much to try to get me to borrow more money and sent out mailers at least once a month sometimes twice a month even after I repeatedly told them I wasn't interested. When I did finally try to take them up on it, the process was not easy. They asked me all kinds of questions like I was a new customer even though I had been paying on the loan for over a year. They also asked for collateral to borrow more but that wasn't a requirement when I got the loan. It works for someone who is trying to build credit but it is best to pay it off quickly. I probably won't try to get another loan here in the future.

  There were discrepancy With the online payment about versus the actual amount and when I called the office to get this resolved I was cursed out by the lady that claim to be the supervisor and hung up on she would not let me speak at
