      This place is pure BS. My payment is 1/3 my loan yet everytime I ask how much of payment goes toward principal I am told they can't see that info and that a manager will call me back with it and guess what.... NO CALL BACK. IMAGINE THAT! Of the last 3 payments I made (which is considerable) my balance barely lowers. I would stay away from here! I paid a huge chunk towards my balance at one time yet my payment stayed the same. How is that? I will say most of the staff have been nice enough but I would stay away! Also read ALL papers you sign. They knew I was in a hurry and they added 1.Road side service(for a loan really)? 2.Some kind of insurance(do not remember what is was). I did not ask for any of that. Also was supposed to be reimbursed for what I did pay for that and nothing. READ ALL PRINT!!

      Friendly staff through all of my experiences so far. Does not offer a auto withdrawal or payment setup. You have to either call, pay online, or go into the branch each month to make a payment. They also do not offer reminders or payment booklets. Wish there were more convenient options to make my payment.
