      Thay have all been Wonderful. When I had trouble with someone charges were being takeout. They fixed it. I got scammed over the summer and they helped me get my money back. They are Wonderful ladies and the young man that retired was also helpful. They have been there for me and my family and they will before you so come out and join 1stMidAmerica credit union. Best bank any where. They are friendly very helpful and will how you with your banking needs. 5 Stars.

      Have small savings accounts and visa, make visa payments in credit union office instead of mailing in back

      Terrible customer service. Wish I would of never used them for my car loan. They don't send out monthly bills and if you want a payment book they have the nerve to try a charge you for it. Then if you payment is 1 day late they hound the hell out of you. Can't wait to pay this vehicle off. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
