      Amy (I believe her name was) was super awesome. I went in for a quick name change. The teller wanted to schedule me an appointment for next week but Amy overheard and just pulled me into her cubicle to get it done real quick. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. She was very personable and efficient!

      Terrible service - first of all they charge $5 if you're not a member to cash a check written from one of their account holders so I guess their double-dipping then they would not accept my ID that was expired despite the fact that IDs have been extended to July 31st I guess they are above the law
