Amazing experience with the entire staff at 1st Priority Mortgage!! From the very beginning to the end, the process went super smooth and easy! Very poor experience working with Emily Silipini. She was often unresponsive to calls and emails. The few times we had her on the phone, she misled us about significant details of the mortgage including which bank 1st Priority would sell our loan. I do not recommend working with them, there are plenty of friendly, responsive, and honest companies who sell mortgages.

Mike Capizzi is a fantastic loan officer to work with. We recently applied for a construction loan and he has gone above and beyond, every step of the way, to not only provide exceptional service but also to make sure that we got the best product for our project and for us.
