      Mobile banking does not work. Now they want a $3.00 "paper statement fee" for EACH account for every month they send you a paper statement...no mention of it in secure message portal...then I go to check the "Statements" tab to update my communication preferences and get an Authentication Error on the mobile app and the site. Northwest is awful. Do yourself a favor and go to M&T

      Northwest bank is just terrible. Nothing wrong with this location, but just avoid Northwest altogether. They do the absolute minimum to run a company.
