1st Security Bank went above and beyond to make me a customer. In 2016, my wallet was stolen and what ensued continues to cause me hardship. Whomever stole my wallet used my ID to open bank accounts, lines of credit, tried to get a mortgage, drained my checking and savings accounts and violated my good name. I'm still getting calls from creditors trying to recover long charged off accounts that I never opened. 1st security bank understood the challenges that I'm facing. They approved my checking account when any other bank would have turned me away. I look forward to a wonderful banking relationship with 1st security. The managers and tellers are always friendly and make me smile when I walk in. Specifically, Nick's customer service floored me. He needs a raise.
