Purchasing a home comes with a mixed bag of emotions. It can get frustrating between specific times throughout the home buying process, but 1st United Mortgage has truly outdone itself with its streamlined processes and excellent communication. Nevertheless, I would like to thank Michael and Melissa for their hard work, patience, and determination to get me to my closing date. They were genuinely unique and hands down the best experience I have had ever in making a significant purchase. Furthermore, they provided me with excellent communication, changes, updates, and reassurances along the way. Today, we do not find organizations that live up to our requirements, but it is good to know that a few truly work hard to get people into their homes, and 1st United Mortgage being one. Lastly, as long as you provide all the needed information, all else will fall into place quicker than you know it. Beth Lee was so upfront with me, she answered every question I had. She didn't make me feel like a crazy person when I had a concern. I often would speak directly to her, which I very much appreciated! When When thought she couldn't provide us a service, she referred us to someone else. But, we ended up right back with her. I'm so glad we did! She literally made our dreams come true! Then she gave us a personalized cutting board! She made our first home buying experience great!

Michael M. goes above and beyond. We were afraid we wouldn’t be approved but Michael made it happen. He is the most responsive and transparent lender I have ever dealt with. I have been involved in the home buying and selling process several times and Michael takes the cake. If you want customer service from a great human being, call 1st United and ask for Michael!
